Upgrading OBIEE 10g repository to OBIEE 11g

By



1. Go to the following path:<installed drive>\BIHome\Oracle_BI1\bin

2. Double click on UA.bat file.

3. A welcome window will appears.

4. Click on Next and select Upgrade repository and catalog.

5. Click on Next.

6. Select Upgrade repository, select the repository path where the OBIEE10g repository located and provide the username and password of the repository in appropriate columns.

7. Select update catalog, select the path location where the catalog of that particular repository and click on Next.

8. Provide the details as follows:

port Number :7001

Username : Weblogic

Password : Weblogic

9. Click on Next.

10. You should get in the exam succeeded.

11. Click on Next.

12. Update summary will appears on the screen

13. Click on Upgrade.

14. It will automatically upgrade the OBIEE 10g rpd and catalog to OBIEE11g rpd and catalog.

15. Click on Next. Click on Close.
