Start and Stop OBIEE 11g services in LINUX

To Start BI services in Linux

Login in root user
Start Administration service.
Home/obiee/bi11g/user_projects/domains/bifoundation_domain/bin/Startweblogic.sh
Wait unstill status comes to running mode

Start Node Manager
/home/obiee/bi11g/wlserver_10.3/server/bin/startNodemanager.sh
Wait until secure socket listener started on port 9556
Start Managed server
/home/obiee/bi11g/user_projects/domains/bifoundation_domain/bin/startManagedweblogic.sh
Format should be in startManagedweblogic.sh bi_server1 http://obiee.7stl.com:7001
Wait until server started in running mode

Start opmnal
/home/obiee/bi11g/instance/instance1/bin/opmnctl

./opmnctl  startall



To Stop BI services in Linux

1.        opmnctl
/home/obiee/bi11g/instance/instance1/bin/opmnctl

./opmnctl  stopall

2.       Stop Managed server
/home/obiee/bi11g/user_projects/domains/bifoundation_domain/bin/stopManagedweblogic.sh
Format should be in stopManagedweblogic.sh bi_server1 http://obiee.7stl.com:7001

3.       Start Administration service.
Home/obiee/bi11g/user_projects/domains/bifoundation_domain/bin/Stopweblogic.sh
