You click on the Administration menu item in Answers, and then click on SessionManagement You click on Manage Sessions. If you view the log for last query, you see the following error :

Log Could Not Be Retrieved
Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW).

Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. [nQSError: 43100] Log Viewer process reported error (HY000)







Solution:

Try restarting the services and creating a new NQQuery.log file:

1. Back up NQQuery.log file and remove it.
2. Re-start BI services so that a new NQQuery.log will be created.

If you do not know the root cause for this error, you can restrict the log file size, to try and avoid this happening again. Edit NQSConfig.ini and add a limit to USER_LOG_FILE_SIZE:
