[Solved] We weren’t able to connect to the model - Power BI

By


I just installed PowerBI Latest version and it was working fine still importing the objects from database and all of sudden its started giving "We weren't able to connect to the model."



In the beginning - I was thinking there is something wrong in my connections and then I realized this is the know issue from Microsoft – Power BI and they recommend to update with latest




We weren’t able to connect to the model


 Solution : Check your host file and see if you have mapped the IP or localhost wrongly.
