Unable to get file lock, will retry error in OBIEE 11g

Solution:
Go to below location and delete lock file

user_projects\domins\bifoundation_domain\servers\AdminServer\tmp


Weblogic could not find the lock file because some process holds the lock. 

Better stop java also from task manager and start again.
