pdf export not working in obiee 11G

Symptoms:
 
java.io.ioexception the system cannot find the path specified in obiee 11g
Error code - AGEGTYVF

OBIEE 11g: Error: "A fatal error occurred while processing the request. The server responded with: java.io.IOException: The system cannot find the path specified" when You Export to PDF [ID 1473575.1]


 Work around:

Exporting to PDF ,EXCEL problem is because of location issue in 11g.

After changing that location we have to restart our bi services once, then it will be OK. 
Note - Restart entire OBIEE services from services.msc

For example you can check in the location E:\11g\instances\instances1\config\oracle java host components\XDO.cfg file.
Open this file in notepad you can see the temp location it will be "D:\Temp", in our server there is no D drive location so only its throwing error.
