Primary Cluster Controller Error in OBIEE 11g

Primary Cluster Controller Error 

[nQSError: 73006] Cannot obtain Oracle BI Servers from either the primary Cluster Controller (host.hostname) or the secondary Cluster Controller () specified for the clustered DSN.

Solution:

Go to Control panel à Administrative tools à Microsoft ODBC Administrator

Go to System DSN tab (2^nd Tab)

Under that system data source list will get display in that select the Coreapplication_OH-----

Appropriate Biserver application according to your configuration.

Check once the “Cluster DSN “marked or not I mean checked or not with the tick mark.

If yes just uncheck it and click on next.

On the next screen give the credentials, username and password of Login Oracle BI server

Click on next and finish.

Then Login to Em ( http://localhost:7001/em).

Go to core application under business intelligence

Restart all the services. The services will get up.

If some time the services even not up, then there may be the problem with the Catalog and rpd you used.

So, Change the Catalog and rpd of before used then starts the services.
